Stawberry Matcha Bubble Tea with Whipped Foam

Strawberries- Subsitute this with Strawberry Jam
Matcha Powder
Tapioca pearls
Brown Sugar-Substitute this with Honey
Milk-You can substitute this with ant type of milk

Teah’s Whipped foam topping in the flavor Matcha
Recipe:
First add Teah’s whipped foam topping powder-in tea flavor Matcha to a bowl. Add some milk to the powder-adjust the ratio to 2:1. Use a hand mixer or a blender to mix it until it becomes frothy.
Put the whipped foam topping in the refrigerator to chill.
Then boil your tapioca pearls in hot boiling water for 10-15min until it floats to the surface of the water.
Add the cooked Tapioca to a bowl and mix it with 3/4 of a cup of brown sugar. You can substitute the brown sugar with honey.
In a bowl get 1 tsp of Matcha powder and shift it through a shifter to prevent any clumping and then add 2tsp of hot water, whisk it in a zigzag motion. Then add 2oz of hot water and whisk it again in a zigzag motion until it becomes frothy.
Cut your strawberries into small little chunks, and into a bowl crush them with a spoon or blend it with a blender until it becomes a jam like consistency- You can substitute this step by using Strawberry Jam.
Add the tapioca to the bottom of the cup and then add the strawberry jam on top.
Add in ice, milk till half the cup is full, and then add your matcha tea on top.
Finally, top the drink with some frothy matcha whipped foam and enjoy your drink with a boba straw.
